I know that B GT and it's owner, it has a Rover 4.6 V8 with Nitros and his best time is now at 10.66 for the standing start 1/4 mile.
This is a 11.03 run that he did just before he did his first sub 11 run.

Enjoying MG's since 1980 with a 1973 B GT and a 2003 TF135 since 2007. I have been a member of the national club since 1980 and a regional secretary for the UK National MGOC east midland's area since 1994, and my local club is the Northants MGOC that I joined in 1980 as soon as I got the GT.
I am also a member of the MGCC of Toronto, NAMGBR and MG Drivers Club.
