MG Registry Database

The International MG Register is an attempt to create a database of all the MGA, MGB, MGB GT, MGC, MGC GT, V8, and Midgets in the world (or at least those who have owners on the Internet) in one public database. I need your help to make this a reality, so please add your information by following the link below, and spread the word! Would you like to see an example? Feel free to have a look at Skye's 1966 MGB.

Why create this database? Why should you enter your information? Some ideas off the top of my head include: to see how many cars are still out there... what percentage are parts cars.. what the average mileage is... a way to find fellow enthusiasts... when a database like this fills up, a lot of interesting statistics can be gathered. You could even organize support to push for exemption of older cars from smog testing in your area, or other common concerns.
My apologies if there is erroneous data in the register, as I rely heavily on the users of this system to input the correct information. If you have any suggestions on how to improve the "data validation" please contact me (especially with regards to the non-MGB models).
The idea to create this register was inspired by the Triumph Spitfire Database.

Skye Poier

I finally had the pleasure of seeing John's car at MG2008 and I can say it is even better in real life. Nice job John.
