I bought this car in Ohio and drove it home May 2009. It's my first MGC, and it needed some sorting, but I am starting to get things straightened out.

I have had the carbs rebuilt by Jimmy Hilton, a new exhaust fitted, and replaced the clutch MC. After chasing down some vacuum leaks and adjusting the valve lash, the car runs great!

At this point I am considering swapping the brakes and hubs back to an MGC setup, from the currently installed MGB bits, which function excellently, but aren't original. Splined wheels, probably wires, would be part of the swap. Barring that, new lugs and proper spacers for the rear wheels are in order.

From there i am planning to send her along to a new owner, because I can't justify two MGs, and my B is too special to me.
