Bought as a thrifty commuter. It's a solid drivetrain wrapped in a worthless body that someone has prepped for painting and, yes, fiberglas work. Since the body is of basically no value, I am going to use fiberglas to fill the holes in it, then paint it and use it as an everyday bus. Shockingly enough, the rust is all in places like the fender wells; the important bits (sills and rockers) are mostly sound, although the floor has a couple holes in it. Appears to have been used in a place where roads are salted.

UPDATE: It's painted! I went with an Irish tricolor paint scheme (green bonnet, white cabin, orange boot) with plans to put a car number (13) on the doors and hood, plus "sponsor" graphics -- Lucas, Duckham's Oil, Esso Petrol -- here and there. The busy paint scheme will distract from the car's many body flaws.
